"We had shingles missing from hail and storms last fall. Had roofers come out said we had lots of damage. Called the office and they sent an adjuster out he said not enough damage. So They closed the case with out letting us know. Last week we had major roof leaks. Called this agency not one phone call from them. Now I have ceiling damage in rooms. And still no adjuster. Sorry sorry . Not a good company to deal with. 😕 Last year my husband was in a wreck (not his fault)and 1 year later we got the case settled, only because my husband got off work and went and sat in their office for hours. It is a bad company!"

"Mr Bradley's office has been completely unresponsive to my elderly mother-in-laws roof repair claim, which has been in progress since Aug 2023. And he has yet to personally return a call, despite numerous messages being left - he's only in the office on Tuesday. Every time a call is made to the office, we get the same routine where they send us to the equally unresponsive claims adjuster. It is clear to me that they have no intentions of honoring the claim of a 20+ year policy holder and their plan is to wait until she gives up and pays for the roof repair out of pocket. If this is not resolved soon, she will be changing insurance companies. 11-6-2023 Update - I'd prefer not to post her name publicly. The claim number is 40-54J7-59C. Also, I find it hard to believe that you don't know who I am referring to...how many elderly people in Laurens County have been calling your office repeatedly about a roof claim over the past the several months? If it's so many that you don't know which one I'm referring to, then you are making my point about how unresponsive you are. 11-7-2023 - My next steps if no action is taken today are to escalate this within the State Farm system, send a a complaint to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau."

Would you mind referencing your mother's name so we can look into this issue? 11/8 - Bill, we have been in contact with your mother's daughter as she indicated that she is the one that is helping with claim. We have set up a new adjustor to expedite the claim process and have set up a schedule where your mother's daughter will be in daily contact with us. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. "

"50/50 for me but end of my term the team an establishment wasn’t no help and somehow kept charging my bank an returning payments which cause my coverage to lapse wasn’t notified till I found out myself on the app, at first the team seem great an helpful when I started with them an once I reached out about my issues no concern or red flags to check more into details on those things. I jus thought to put my thoughts an for future people to clarify on what they want to do with the company whether to join or not is entirely is up to you just cause I didn’t have a great services doesn’t mean you would have the same!!"

"An absolute nightmare. I cancelled my policy. 6 months later, they took $230 out of my account. I called multiple times to get a refund, nobody could tell me what was going on. Finally, after a few more phone calls and 2 more months, I got a letter in the mail saying my policy cancellation was successful. Then I got 5 or 6 more of those same letters. Then I got a phone call saying my refund will come via numerous checks in the mail. One check for $8, another check for $22, etc… So I’m still waiting on a refund for my money that they stole from me. I strongly discourage you from doing business with these unprofessional thieves. Update: after receiving all the checks, the total of the checks is slightly less than the amount they stole from me. Absolutely ridiculous."
